SERVER REPLACEMENT

14-ADM-001

Description:

The proposed project consist of the replacement of City Hall's network servers.

Justification:

As the demands for our servers increase with the addition of newer programs and technology, the current servers are out of date about every 5 years.

Budget Impact:

This project will have minimal impact on the operations budget.

COPIER REPLACEMENT

15-ADM-001

Description:

The proposed project consists of replacing the city's current copier with a new machine. The copier gets used heavily with all of the board and commission meeting packets, council packets and general every day use. At the time of replacement, the current copier will be 5 years old and in need of replacement. This past year, there have been numerous service calls to make repairs on the machine. The majority of the calls were to replace worn out parts.
