Description The proposed project would consist of the reconstruction f 10th Ave E from East 19th Street north 1,450 feet.

Justification The street has seen an increase in heavy truck traffic as a result of the beltway projects. The surface is beginning to fail.

The City will make an application for TEA 21 funding prior to the project.
