Description The proposed project would develop a plan for improvements or new construction of canoe/boat ramps at West Leach Park, Leach Park Campground and Stolley Park.

Justification The City has placed a renewed interest into improving the river access and use of the natural resources that are found in the community. This plan would be a step up to allow additional recreational opportunities to be developed within the city and along the Little Sioux River Corridor. We would look at utilizing the Master Park Plan as well as seeking grant funds to complete these projects.
