13. Park View Housing. The realignment of Park Street to 3rd Street improves the circulation to attractions along the riverfront. The acquisition of lots on the northside of Park Street could be reassembled and redeveloped. The proposed Park View Housing is a multi-family project that leverages views of the river, Park Street, and Commons.
