The proposed project consists of replacing the 4 ton Air Conditioning roof unit above the children's area. 20-LIB-001 AC UNIT REPLACEMENT The unit is from 1997 and has had many repairs to the unit. It has reached its life limit and needs to be replaced with a more energy efficient unit.

Description: Justification:

Completion of the project would have minimal impact on the budget.

Budget Impact:

The proposed project would replace the existing boilers with Weil McClain 92% efficiency boilers. 21-LIB-001 BOILER REPLACEMENT

Description: Justification:

The current boilers have leaked and / or broke down in the last three years. They are expensive to repair and are not energy efficient. Weil McClain 92% boilers are Energy Star rated high efficiency boilers. Annual utility costs could reduce with the completion of this project because these units are more energy efficient.
