Project Name PEDESTRIAN CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS

Priority 2 - Essential Category Sidewalks

Description The proposed project will continue the City's effort to make improvements at designated pedestrian crossings throughout the community. These improvements consists of the addition of new flashing, pedestrian activated beacons at the crosswalk. Total Project Cost: $25,000

Justification In some circumstances the current equipment is out of date and needs to be replaced for reliable operation. At other crosswalks, the equipment does not currently exist and this would be an enhancement to the current situation.
