Description The proposed project would review the interior of the building. Potential projects could include carpet replacement, painting, light fixture replacement, other maintenance and flooring issues. Total Project Cost: $25,000

Justification Last upgrade will be 15 years old from 2005 addition. A professional job should give the building a fresh look and replacement of items that show wear from building use.
