Project Name INCODE SOFTWARE UPDATE

Priority 2 - Essential Category Technology

Description The proposed project will update the City's version of it's financial software from INCODE V. 9 to INCODE V. 10. The current program was purchased in approximately Fiscal Year 2002. The newest version will allow the City to keep up with the changes in technology and may allow for greater uses of the new program Justification The current system is over 15 years old and has served the City well. While it is not being phased out by the software provider, it is time that the City upgrades o the newer version to keep current with advances in programming and technology. Total Project Cost: $25,000
