Description The proposed project consists of replacing the city's current copier with a new machine. The copier gets used heavily with all of the board and commission meeting packets, council packets and general every day use. Total Project Cost: $34,003

Justification At the time of replacement, the current copier will be 5 years old and in need of replacement. This past year, there have been numerous service calls to make repairs on the machine. The majority of the calls were to replace worn out parts.
