Description The proposed project would replace the frontage rod near the North "Y" area on Highway 71/18. The City took over ownership of this frontage road to aid in future development of the area. Per the agreement, the property owners are to pay for the removal of the exiting pavement prior to replacement. Justification The road has a fair amount of heavy truck traffic on it with Vander Haags and the storage building at the south end and is in poor condition and continues to degrade. Total Project Cost: $320,000
