Description The proposed project will reconstruct 4th Avenue West from West 7th Street to West 18th Street. The project consists of install storm sewer and separation of combined sewer sections. This project will complete Storm Basin "B" as identified in the City's Separation Plan. Total Project Cost: $5,851,000

Justification The City remains under an EPA mandate to separate combined sewers. This project will also aide in eliminating street flooding at West 12th Street and 4th Avenue West, along with West 15th Street and 3rd Avenue West.
