FUND INFORMATION

This fund accounts for major pieces of equipment/capital projects for the City's Cemetery operations. Primary funding comes the City's Local Option Sales Tax receipts. This fund cannot be used for general operational expenses of the Cemetery Department. In FY17, the City replaced the roof on the Riverside Cemetery maintenance building. The roof was original to the building and was in need of replacement. In addition, the City continued the process of purchasing new cemetery software that will update our cemetery database and produce GIS integrated mapping of each cemetery. This information will also be available to the public via a web based interface on the City's website and will be completed in FY18.
