PROJECT INFORMATION

The project will begin the trail connection between the City of Spencer and the Dickinson County Trail System. The proposed project will utilize the City's old railroad right-of-way for the majority of the route and will begin in North School Park and continue north to the City limits. Once at that point, it will be up to Clay County to continue that construction of the trail the remaining three miles to Dickinson County. Funding for this project comes from the City's TIF District proceeds and MAP-21 Grants.
