PROJECT INFORMATION

The project will be a full reconstruction of 4th Ave West from West 7th Street to W 11th Street. This portion of the project will be phase one of two of the City's next sewer separation projects. This project was divided into two phases to allow for construction to be completed in one construction cycle and to allow for the least amount of disruption to residents along this major thoroughfare. The City has applied for and received a $600,000 Community Development Block Grant that will assist in the funding of this project. Since a Block Grant was obtained, there will be no assessments associated with this project. The City's portion of funding will come a loan through the State Revolving Loan Fund.
