PROJECT INFORMATION The project will construct the second phase roadways and underlying infrastructure for the Fairway Woods subdivision. The City will be responsible for the construction of the street portion of the project and will assess out street costs to the abutting property owners. The project will be funded through the Street Improvement Reserve and Special Assessments will be pre-funded through the Capital Improvement Reserve. The project is scheduled for completion in FY17.
