PROJECT INFORMATION

The 2015 PCC#1 project includes the reconstruction of certain streets in the City as well as sewer and water main replacement and sidewalk repairs. The construction limits of the project include 4th Ave E from E 14th Street to E 18th Street and on 3rd Ave E from E 11th Street to E 13th Street. SMU will reimburse the City the cost of the water main replacement as well as associated engineering. The funding for this project will come from Street Improvement Reserves and Sewer Reserves.
