PROJECT INFORMATION

The 2014 Overlay project will consist of a mill and overlay of East 18th Street from Grand Avenue to E 5th Street. The project will be funded 50% from a SAFET-LU grant and 50% from the Street Improvement reserves. Engineering and design was completed in FY14 along with project bidding. Construction of the project is expected to take place in early FY15.
