2017 SRTS SIDEWALK PROJECT

PROJECT INFORMATION

The project will construct a sidewalk along 8th Street SE from Grand Ave to the Spencer Family Aquatic Center. the purpose of hte project is to allow safe passge for pedestrians to Grand Ave and to the Aquarice Center. This proejct will align with the Safe Routes to School Project that was completed a few years ago that connected Lincoln School to Grand Avenue. This project has been identified by the Safe Routes to School Committee and will be funded by the Safe Routes to School fund that is jointly funded by Spencer Schools and the City.
