FUND INFORMATION

The Spencer Cares Fund was established in 2009 as a way to provide funding to those who may need assistance in complying with city regulations. Such assistance may be the need to paint the outside of their house, clean-up yards, tree trimming, sidewalk repair or installation, snow removal or other non-compliance issues. Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed by a committee who will make a recommendation to the City Council on funding.
